Mindful Path Psychology is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a compassionate and warm environment. Our mission is to provide essential mental health services to our community in a holistic and authentic manner. 

 

Using a range of therapeutic interventions, we empower our clients to manage their mental health symptoms, as well as incorporate the meditative practice of mindfulness with a focus on wellness and personal liberation.

COUPLE'S THERAPY

Emotionally Focused Therapy supports couples with deepening their understanding of themselves and their connection to their partner. Couples are guided by the clinician to improve communication patterns and evaluate their attachment styles within the relationship. 

 

In a dynamic and emotionally aware relationship, friendship can endure most challenges. 

INDIVIDUAL

Therapy should be an experience of thoughtfulness, reflection, and discovery.

 

The therapeutic approach used with adults and adolescents (13+) is person-centered, using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy as tools to help stir the creative process.

ASSESSMENTS

Psychological assessments are tools that assist individuals with advocating for services, or having a better understanding of their own experience.

The process of this type of interview is dynamic.
